Richard Platt Richard once ran a pub with an ex-girlfriends step-father. Then he worked in London as a relief manager for Whitbread’s brewery. He is in a relationship with actress Tracy Brabin, who is best known for her role as single-mum, Tricia Armstrong, in ‘Coronation Street’. They have two daughters, Lois and Nancy. Richard worked on stage with Peter Hall’s National Theatre Company. He has also directed his own short picture ‘Mayday, Mayday’ in which on-screen and off-screen partners Hazel (Chloe White) and Tracy starred in. It won an award from the First Film Foundation. |
James White James White ran The Manor Hotel pub with his wife Chloe and they had one daughter called Sarah-Jane, who was conceived after fertility treatment. Sarah-Jane needed heart surgery at the age of four to repair a damaged heart valve which was successful. The couple also became foster parents in 1995. They looked after an eight-year-old boy called Matthew,and then Gary and Lee Simms. |
