Joseph Millson Joseph is married to actress and singer Caroline Fitzgerald. They met when they played opposite each other in Ned Sherrin’s production of ‘Salad Days’ and Joseph proposed only six months later, at the top of the Eiffel Tower. The pair are hoping to start a family soon. Joseph grew up in the middle of the Berkshire countryside and says that he prefers to stay in with a good book or a good film than going out. He does also enjoy skateboarding and football.
Joseph is an associate producer of Pursued By A Bear, a theatre company that he helped to set up. They have been involved in many successful productions including ‘Monogamy’ which starred Joseph himself alongside Caroline. |
Dr Sam Morgan When Sam arrived in Cardale, he began dating Serena, whom he met at the local swimming pool and for ages he remained oblivious to the affections of physio Kerri Davidson.However, the pair eventually got together and later got engaged. Before the wedding, Sam found out a secret about Kerri’s family that put their future happiness in jeopardy. After discovering the truth about her real parents, he wanted to tell her, but was sworn to secrecy by her family. Kerri later found out and was hurt that Sam had known all along, leading her to question if they could ever be happy together and if she could really trust him. The situation culminates in a horrific car crash that involves both Sam and Kerri. Sam can’t help feeling guilty and he keeps an anxious vigil at her bedside as she fights for her life. The accident leaves Kerri unable to walk and Sam helps to nurse her back to health. .But as things look happy between them, more trouble is looming. Kerri’s physiotherapy is costing a lot of money and Sam is trying hard to renovate their new home, but money is very tight. His financial debts mount when he embarks on a doomed investment in shares of a medical company. As things get worse, Sam can see no way out and ends up defrauding The Beeches of £20,000. The dark secret is exposed on Sam and Kerri’s wedding day, and ashamed of what he has done, Sam asks Kerri to go away on their honeymoon and never to return to Cardale. However, Kerri doesn’t turn up at the airport and Sam departs alone. |
