Held during Cinco de Mayo. Not really a powwow but a festival. No camping allowed except for the vendors.

Powwow, Paradise, CA, June

No camping allowed but it was a lot of fun.

Santa Rosa Powwow, Santa Rosa, CA, September

Camping is allowed on the grounds. Reviewer highly recommends this powwow as the best they've been to this powwow season in travelling from Oklahoma to Oregon and California. They really know how to treat their dancers.
