- At HFW Halloween Havoc 2004 Mr. Insanity battled Death for the HFW Hardcore Title but lost. Later that night he was placed in a handicap match with Andy, Cra-Z-Carl and Steph agianst Degraned and lost.
- At HFW Extreme Caution 2004 Mental Insanity (Mental Mark & Mr. Insanity) defeated The Morey's and The Hellraizer's for the HFW Tag Team Championship in a triple threat tag team match. Later that night Mr. Insanity took on his partner Mental Mark after the tag match. Mr. Insanity defeated Mental Mark.
-On April 3rd, 2005, Mr. Insanity lost a Singles Match to Akuma.
- At HFW Blood, Sweat and Tears 2005 Mental Insanity lost an HFW Tag Team Championship Match to the Malcolm Brothers. Later, Mr. Insanity battled Death in a 2 out of 3 falls match but lost. However, he gained the US. Championship.
- At HFW Acess Denied 2005 Mr. Insanity defeated Peachezz to retain the HFW U.S. Title.
- At HFW Backyard Masscare (The Invasion Pt. II) 2005 Mr. Insanity defeated Mike Morey for the HFW Light Heavyweight championship.
-At No Remorse 2005, Mr. Insanity took place in a 4-Way Match for the HFW Light Heavyweight Championship. He lost the match to Peachez which also involved David Morey and Bad Man. After that match, Mr. Insanity lost a singles match to Bad Man.
-At HFW Haunted Halloween 2005, Mr. Insanity lost a blindfold match to Peachez.
-When Mr. Insanity came back at the United States Title Tournament, his losing ways unfortunately continued. First, he lost a Triple Threat match to Deranged & Cra-Z Carl. Then he lost his first round KOTR match to the Bad Man.
-At HFW Blood, Sweat and Tears 2006 Mr. Insanity def. Cra-Z-Carl for the HFW Light Heavyweight Championship.
-At HFW Redemption 2006 Mr. Insanity took on J-Cred in a HFW U.S. Championship match. But ended up joining Death's Destruction.
-In April of 2006 Mr. Insanity changed his ring name to Border Hopping Billy.
-At HFW Tears Of Agony 2006 Border Hopping Billy sucessfully defended the HFW Light Heavyweight Championship agianst Mike Morey.
-At the 05-07-06 edition of the Peach Tree Border Hopping Billy took on J Free in a singles match but came up short. Then later that night participated in the Crusierweight Invite and lost his HFW Light Heavyweight Championship.
-At the 06-04-06 edition of The Peach Tree Border Hopping Billy fell short in a fatal four way match agianst Deranged, Peachezz, and Cra-Z-Carl.
-At HFW Backyard Massacre 2006 B.H.B. def Deranged in a Submission Match for a spot in the #1 contender's match later that night. Then Billy faced off against Peachez in a 20-min Iron Man Match for the IC but was unsuccessful. Later in the night he lost again but this time in a triple threat with J Cred & Akuma.
-At HFW Invasion 2006 Death's Destruction broke up and BHB went back to Mr. Insanity. Mr. Insanity participated in both invites that night. He won the Hardcore but due to the 24/7 rule he lost it in about 10 seconds.
-At the 09-03-06 Peach Tree Mr. Insanity lost in a fatal 4-way. Deranged, CZC, and Peachez were also involved. Later that night he challenged J Cred for the Undisputed Title but came up short.
-At HFW To Hell & Back 2006 Mr. Insanity lost to Mike Morey for the US Title. Later that night he challenged J Cred for a #1 contenders match and was successful making mr. Insanity the 1st person ever to defeat J Cred.
-At HFW Platinum Masterpiece Mr. Insanity took on Peachez in a singles match but came up short. Later that night the team of The Nightriders, Mr. Insanity & Cra-Z-Carl defeated The Street Lord'z, Peachez & J-Free in a 8 Man Tag Team Elmination match.
-At HFW Hell & Back (King Of The Ring) 2007 Mr. Insanity came up short agianst Mad Man Max in Round 1. Later that night Mr. Insanity defeated Hellraizer in a King Of The Ring Losers match. Then Mr. Insanity teamed up with Cassidy Cain to take on Akuma in a handicap match but came up short.
- At DWA Live! 10-14-07 Mr. Insanity made his debut in a Fatal Four Way agianst HFW's own Peachez, Mad Man Max and Hellraizer.
- At DWA/HFW Live! 10-21-07 the Hardkore Junkies (Akuma & Mr. Insanity) defeated The Street Lord'z (Hellraizer & Mad Man Max) & DWA's Heaven's Anarchy (Pyro & Scott Justice) in a Triple Threat Tag Team Elimination match.
- At HFW Haunted Halloween 2007 Mr. Insanity took on Peachez & Leigh in a triple threat match but came up short. Later that night the Hardkore Junkies took on The Street Lord'z in a hardcore match for the HFW Tag Team Championships but were defeated.
- At DWA Horrorcore 2007 Mr. Insanity took on J-Free & Akuma in a triple threat match for the HFW Undisputed Championship but was defeated.
- At HFW's Peach Tree 11-04-07 Mr. Insanity defeated Scheppy & Project Pat in a triple threat match. Then went on to defeat Akuma in a singles match and in his final match of the night defeated Mad Man Max.
- At DWA/HFW Live! 11-18-07 Mr. Insanity teamed up with J-Free & Leigh to take on The Malcom Brothers & Scheppy and The Street Lord'z & Peachez in a Triple Threat Tag match.
- At HFW Extreme Caution 2007 Mr. Insanity defeated David Night in a singles match.
- At HFW Live! 01-13-08 Mr. Insanity teamed up with Cra-Z-Carl and took on The Nightriders (David & Mike Night) but fell short.
- At EDCW Blood, Sweat & Tears 2008 Mr. Insanity took on "The Magnificent" John Gordy & "The Iceman" Joe James in a deathcore triple threat match for the EDCW World Championship but fell short.
