Biography
- At HFW Invasion 2004 Death alligned with Hellraizer to form The Flames Within and helped Hellraizer win the Undisputed title from Akuma by lying down for him in a Triple Threat.
- At HFW Backyard Masscare 2004, Death teamed with Whitey, but lost a Handicap Match to Mental Mark. Later, Death and Whitey lost a Tag Team title match to Akuma & The Psychotic Joker. Lastly, Death defeated Akuma and Mr. Insanity for the HFW Hardcore Championship.
- At No Remorse 2004, Death lost a Singles Match to Akuma.
- At HFW Halloween Havoc 2004 Death sucessfully defended the HFW Hardcore Championship against Mr. Insanity.  Later that night The Hellraizer's (Hellraizer and Death) defeated The Morey's for the HFW Tag Team Championship
- At HFW Extreme Caution 2004 The Hellraizer's lost their HFW Tag Team Championship's in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match to Mental Insanity (Mental Mark and Mr. Insanity). Later that night Death took part in a Fatal Four Way all titles on the line.  Death sucessfully defended his HFW Hardcore Championship.
- HFW had a break until April 3rd 2005, where Death took on Mental Mark in a 3 Stages Of Hell Match.  Death won the first fall which was a dog collar match but Mental Mark won the next two falls which were a table and casket match for the HFW Hardcore Championship. Later, Death teamed with Deranged & Mr. Insanity and lost a 6-Man Tag Match to Satan's Children.
- At HFW Blood, Sweat, and Tears 2005 Death defeated Mr. Insanity in a 2 out of 3 falls match.
- At HFW Acess Denied 2005 Death walked out on his HFW I.C. Championship match against Akuma which caused Akuma to win the title.
- At Backyard Massacre 2005, Death and Death Dealer helped Deranged win the Intercontinental Title from Akuma by abducting him.
- At No Remorse 2005, Death took part in a Ladders from Hell Match, but was not victorious.
-At Haunted Halloween, Death and J Cred fought to a No Contest in a First Blood match after several interferences stopped the match. After that, Death won the vacant hardcore title in a Timed Hardcore Invitational.
-At the United States title Tournament, Death and his partner Deranged took the HFW Tag Team titles away from the Tenacious 2-Some in a tornado tag team match for the gold.
-At Christmas Carnage, Death retained his hardcore championship against Bad Man. Death did a lot of retaining that day, when later he and his partner Deranged held onto the Tag Team titles in a triple threat tag team match. Also involved were J Cred and Cra-Z Carl and the team of Mental Mark and the debuting Chubzilla. His night was not over yet though, when he participated in a six-man tag team match. However, Death's Destruction (Death, Akuma and Deranged) were upset by the team of Cra-Z Carl and the debuting Tons of Fun and their captain J Cred.
- On the 01-15-06 Edition of Morey's Mayhem Death defeated Jeremy Krutch in a hardcore match retaining his HFW Hardcore Championship
- At HFW New Years Bash 2006 Death won the first HFW battle royal for a number one contender spot for the HFW Undisputed Championship.
Personal Notes
-Some of Death's favorite times in HFW were his stables The Flames Within (defunct) and Death's Destruction. Also, his hardcore title is his favorite possession, winning it several times in his career.

-Death's favorite matches would have to be any match with Akuma or Mr. Insanity. But his favorite matches are his 3 Stages of Hell matches with Mental Mark.

-Some of Death's best moments in HFW are turning a championship over to Hellraizer as part of a stable's plan. Also dragging Akuma to a waiting car and turning him to his side was one of his most favorite moments.
