How do I join Power Surge Wrestling?

Power Surge Wrestling has an application page for singles wrestlers. If you send in an application, we will review, and determine whether or not you are accepted. If you have not been accepted, it may be because our roster is pretty full and we are only looking for really great talent. Either way we hope to e-mail handlers whether or not they were accepted into the PSW.

My contract is expiring...what should I do?

Power Surge Wrestling will almost always love to have you re-new your contract. This will ensure us that you will stay in the federation a while longer. Only on a rare occasion will we reject people to re-new their contract.

I have quit this federation, how come I am still in a match?

If you were part of a huge storyline, or if you left after a match was already signed, you will probably be in one more match in this federation. The reason for this is because we try to make this as realistic as possible, and normally wrestlers don't just leave their federations out of the blue. So please, do us all a favor, and don't just leave!

How come I lost my match?

Roleplaying determines 90% of the outcome of a match. Unless of course a huge storyline was come up with both parties. Strats and interference only make a small amount of the outcome of a match-up. Writers may use the interference to look like it was the outcome of a match, but that's just our way of making the ending of the match-up. Roleplaying determines how the match goes.

I roleplayed better than him, how come I lost?

We try our hardest to judge roleplays for a match. Everybody has a different opinion on a better roleplay. Normally it's quality, not quantity, but we try our best to grade all of them equally and fairly. It's not easy to grade roleplays when they are close, and we hope a loss doesn't send a handler out of the federation angry.

I got a bit of spare time on my hands...is there something I can do to help the federation?

Of course. There is always things in PSW that need to be done. We would appreciate it if you e-mailed us at [email protected],or if you were to fill in a staff application where the link is found on the main page.

Can I please advertise on your roleplay board?

Absolutely not. We do not like when people advertise on our roleplay board, or even when they reply. You may post messages on the OOC board, but please ask the staff for permission when you advertise another federation. We also have an affiliates section on our main page...

How do I become an affiliate?

Just talk to us. We would love to have other federations and wrestling related sites affiliated with us. Feel free to send in an affiliate application, or e-mail us at [email protected]

How come my name isn't on the roster yet?

If you have been e-mailed stating that you have been accepted into Power Surge Wrestling...then please allow us a little bit of time to put your wrestler on the roster and make the profile for him/her.

Today is the day of the results...where are they?

We try our hardest to bring results out on the day of the event, and rarely do we have late results with one event a week. But normally we allow people time to roleplay, and then we finish up matches on the day of the event, and post them that night or the morning after.

What's the deadline for my roleplays?

Deadline for roleplays are normally noon-time of the day of the event. We would definetely appreciate it if all of your roleplays were done before the day of the event.

I have been doing really great...when do I get my shot at a title?

We try to give people title chances when they show they are doing great, are great, or fit into a storyline perfectly. Not everybody can get a title shot at once....well not all the time at least. So we try to mix it up and keep the people in the divisions that we feel necessary.

I need a little bit of time off...what should I do?

We understand completely when somebody needs a little time off...either because of vacation, work, or they just need a personal break. Please inform us at [email protected] when you feel that you need a little bit of time off, and we'll try to work something out.

I am having a personal problem with somebody in the federation...what should I do?

We would prefer if everybody got along perfectly and respected each other...but it just doesn't happen. Things would run so much smoother if everybody gave cooperation. If you are having a personal problem with somebody in the federation, please do not just leave. Talk to us at [email protected] and we will try to figure something out. Hopefully we can reach an agreement where you may not have to work with that person.

Is it possible to be a real wrestler in this federation?

We do not allow real wrestlers into this federation. No Rocks, Stone Colds, ect. Sorry, but we hope everybody can be original, creative, and come up with their own matierial.

What should be my main goal in this federation?

To have fun! This federation should be fun. Everybody would love to win the titles, but do your best, and have fun, that is all we ask.
