Wacky Hair Experiments - 2001
Picture of me before this experiment don't exist, so I'll have to upload a couple of old photos to give ya'll an idea of the before me.... like way before :)  (1980 and 1999)
**pictures to come**
(still looking for the 1999 one)
March 2001
We started this project in March and played until June. Iit took 7 different lifts to get most of my natural Chestnut Brown out.
(And look at the weight loss!)
My daughter-in-law helped with this one. Only it washed out after one wash... without shampoo. This is my all time favorite!  Too bad it didn't last.
1980
So I was 26!  The hair was the same, length and all!
Another view of the purple
This is called N'tense purple. It photographs bright, but it was more Neon Purple.
I'm not sure what product  I used for this results.
I really liked the cut on this. The color was very intense.
Better view of bad combination. Actually it wasn't that bad, but it wasn't in the color area I was working for.
This was a bad combination of products. The overall look was a rusted burgandy
Platinum side view
Platinum got lighter as time went on. I kept it this way for about a month.
Side view dry.
Platinum
This is the after result of using Complete blue over the red. After this I simple kept shampooing with Silver Sheen.
This is where my docator at MHMR decided I was bi-polar and having a manic episode. And here I thought I was just having fun!
6-1-2001
I've gone reeeally red ---- and cut the majority of my hair short for the summer. The tail started fading to pink after the first washing. It has now been cut off.
6-2007
I'm a brunette again and letting it get long again.
2005-51
Back to blonde
5-30-2001
This is by the same N'tense folks. Supposed to be n'tense red. I call it Magenta with an attitude. I liked the purple sideburns.
