Pre-Explination: Ok, back in the olden NHL, there was this rule about offsides which was called the tag up rule, or touching up. The rule stated that if you go offsides, but you don't have control of the puck, your whole team must go back to the blue line and as soon as everyone's onside you can go into the zone as normal. This is my dedication to the rule and in general the NHL.
