Kiaya Elise Guerin (a 18-year-old when introduced) grandchild of Paula Guerin who is known as one of the greatest spell-writers in all the dimensions. Kiaya currently lives in the 2nd World Level (where she's always lived) with her best friend and roommate Tara. Kiaya is the kind of girl to love angst, music, poems, history, bats, spring, nature, bugs, parties, travelling, writing, movies, pies, cooking, having fun, snakes and most all, bracelets. On the contrary, she has always disliked chocolate and card games for some odd reason.
Kiaya was born into a magical family as the eldest. Both her mother and father were element witches and they never lied Kiaya about her powers. Their thought was that the girl should, in fact, be educated and trained from very early age so that she'd learn to control her powers to her best abilities. However, demons killed Kiaya's parents after few days of her 11th birthday and after that she moved in with her grams, Paula. It was hard for Kiaya, but the new-born baby brother helped the girl to move on.
Paula continued from where her parents had left and started to practise her grandchild's powers. Kiaya's days were started with breakfast and school, but rest of her evenings she often spent practising spell-writing as well as her own natural powers. When Paula was sure there was nothing more she could teach the young girl whose hunger for knowledge was only growing bigger and bigger, she contacted her old friend Gabi and that's how Kiaya met Jared and the others.
Kiaya moved into the witch castle and when Tara arrived they instantly became very good friends - the loss of someone important to you was what probably tied them together. Tara had lost Reggie (and found out about her real mother) and Kiaya had both of her parents. It didn't take more than 6 months before they had already moved in together.
Although Kiaya misses her parents she concentrates on the future. No one means more to her than her little brother and for him, she keeps fighting the war. But Kiaya as any other person, has secrets of her own... a secret affair with a certain demon is making her life harder and it is to be seen whether her secrets are going to come out into the open one of these days...
