Jeremy Moreu is the sadistic little brother of Jared's, who spent his whole childhood torturing little animals and people, testing different methods on both alike and of course, creating new ones with what to kill. Why? Because he thought it was funny and at least it gave his twisted mind something interesting to do. The boy was raised by both his father, Eric, and his best friend, Sebastian, and although Jared, after 'turning' tried to get his brother out of the dark circle, it did no good. Jeremy knows where his loyalty lies - with his father and his goal. Unlike Eric, he doesn't care whether or not the witches are meant to be the ruler race of all the worlds, but he feels the war has never been about that. To him it's merely about existance. Humans never accepted witches and to protect his kinds - or rather, the ones he likes and accepts, from history repeating itself, Jeremy has taken part of the war.
Jeremy's family situation is what one might call weird - while they fight on the opposite sides with his brother, they share a mansion in the 2nd Dimension - he does have his own house in the 5th Dimension too, but Jared isn't actually aware of this. That's, naturally, for the best as the place is Jeremy's little hideaway where he keeps all the things that matter to him - the kinds he does not want Jared to know about.
Jeremy is often used to simply kill people Dylan wants to get rid off. This is because when it comes to killing he really isn't only efficient, but he likes it too. He's passionate by nature and extremely determinated when he wants something, although he often does change his mind in the middle of all - still, through it all, he usually likes to believe he's right and the only way to go is the path he sees. Negotiating isn't really his thing unless the situation badly calls for it. In that case, he often relies on his natural charm which is all he needs to get his way. If it doesn't work, violence is his second choice... no actually, it's quite often his first choice and talking comes only after that one.

Abilities: able to produce short hallucinations and make others believe what they see (but can't control mind). He can also use telekinetic powers, but it is not known why exactly. It is assumed to be a trait inherited from his ancestors.
