| Who is the greatest of all time? I would love to say Kaz, since he is my favorite, and I believe to be the strongest man of all time. But, Kazmaier' totals have been beaten, and beaten by alot. You could make a point for Ed Coan since he has consistantly hit over 2400 at a light bodyweight, and like Kaz he was an I.P.F champion. It is starting to look like Coan has been slowing down recently, or hit a wall with hit total, but a man who has been on the rise has been Gary Frank. I can see if someone beats a record by someone like Kaz or Reinhoudt, everyone says its the equipment.....But Gary Frank beat Kaz and Reinhoudt by about 150 pounds!!! Not only is he the only one to hit 2500 so far, but he is the only one to hit 2600. I still think Kaz would dust him in a worlds strongest man, but for pure powerlifting strength, how can you argue against Frank?.... J. Riley |
