| This plane was send to me by Blackjack of the 28th Virtual Fighter Wing Corsairs. They use the Hoku Lani (It means Star of the Sky in Hawaiian) pretty frequently in their squadron. It's definately made more for the quick combat dogfighting than for zepp-busting. It's beautifully colored in blue and has skulls on the wings. The Tornado G-600 nitro (standard 276 m.p.h., max 367) makes it a really agile plane. Because of it's speed and his incredible armor it lasts really long in a dog-fight. The guns aren't placed on the first two spots (Lower Inner and Lower Outer wing guns), but on the second two spots (Upper Inner and Upper Outer wing guns). I'm not sure why they the 28th Virtual Fighter Wing Corsairs put the guns like this, but it's really different from the normal two spots. The offense of the Hoku Lani isn't that good, but you shouldn't need more than 2 hardpoints in a dog-fight and the guns won't empty that fast. However, the guns are not the best there are. You should download the plane and try it yourself, it's a whole new experience. Thanks for the plane BlackJack! |
