  
If flash cars racing around tracks and over mountains the Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec is definitely the game for you! I know I, along with millions of others, love it!
You start the game with 16,000 credits, which barely buys you anything that can win, no car, (I recommend the Mazda X-5 for your first car as it's fast a quite cheap), and a lot of game play ahead of you! First you go to the car shop and buy yourself a nice car, go give it a wash and take it to the track for your first race in it!
The first race is a speedway that looks like this;
It has 3 laps so you should win it on your first try!
The tracks can vary in difficulty as the corners are sometimes extremely treacherous and other cars do like ramming into you! Some tracks such as the 'Test Track' & 'Super Speedway' are repeated in the some of the tournaments.
There are also 3 main difficulties, (Easy, Amateur & Professional), and two other difficulties (Endurance & Rally). Some races need to have a license to race in, in the 'Easy' difficulty you need an 'A' license to race in the final tournament. On the 'Amateur' level you need an 'A' license on all tracks bar a few where you need 'B' or 'IB'. In 'Professional' difficulty you need an IB license for all tournaments bar a few where you will need an 'IB' license for many races except for the last one where you will need a class 'S' license.
When you complete each license if you have gold in each test for the license you will get a free car! So, I recommend you getting all licenses before you start the main game so that you will have plenty of cars to choose from, one of which ,(the 'A' license car), a Dodge Viper.
After all this evidence I hope you will consider getting the game as it is an extremely good one which has many tracks and tournaments to play on. It also has a 'Arcade Mode' in which you can race in 3 difficulties and if you complete a difficulty you get 1 bonus point. If you get all 3 bonus points for each playable track then you will get a free car!
I give the game an exclusive 'Class S' 10/10 for it's great music, graphics and all of the great extras such as the 'Arcade Mode' where you can even play 2 player or try and beat your time in the 'Time Trial'!
