Sometime in 1989, I receive by mail copies of Herald Is Coming Magazines. After, which going through them, ignited a thirst to draw closer to God in prayer. The intensity of this burden compelled me to organize a continuous prayer and fasting programme as I sought to know His will. It was a course of this encounter, that the Lord gave me specific instructions--which eventually gave birth to this vision. Ever since, by the grace of God, many lives and ministries are being affected for good through this ministry such as: National Prayer and Fasting Network (NAPFAN) Victory Leadership Institute (VLI) Victory Press Publication Victory Tape Ministry Victory Media Outreach Contact We are raising a million intercessors across the globe that will stand in the gap and pray for revival and restoration of the church. You are qualified if you will pray for fifteen minutes every day and fast once a week.
