All About Rebecca (ME!):

General Info: I know our family is happy. We have three birds, Sunny, Cinnamon, and Woody. We just got Woody Dec. 14, but we're hoping that him and Sunny or Cinnamon will have babies. We also have a hampster named Ben. It's really Buddy's pet, but we like to consider him all of ours. We all live in Irving, Texas and its always been like home.

My sister Nickie and I

Hobbies: I love music more than anything(besides Joey)! I have always loved to sing, infact, in the 3rd grade, I was in the talent show at our school and I sang "Hero" by Mariah Carey and everyone thought I did great. When I was little, about 5 years old, my dad started to teach me how to play the piano. He taught me one song and since then I have learned to play on my own and by ear. In the 6th grade, I started band and played the flute. For 7 years, I have played the flute. I don't play it much anymore, but that's because I'm not in band at the moment. I also taught myself how to play the guitar. My unlce was a lot of inspiration for my playing! I even learned one of his songs that he created and made him mad because I learned it all on my own and extremly fast too. Music has always been my way of expressing my mood and my talents... its just about the only talent I have that I really LOVE! Other than music, I love to hang out with Joey. He brings excitement into my life, so anything he likes to do, I like to do too. We love to go play pool... and I'm actually getting better at it too.

What I want to be when I grow up: Since I love music so much, I think that I might want to become a High School Band Director. However, my last band director was the one and only band director that made me never want to be in band at all. So, I'm not so sure anymore what I want to do. I'm also good in English, so I might become either a highschool English Teacher or a 6th grade English teacher... something like that. One thing I do know is that I am definatly going on to college after I graduate from MEGA (Union Bower Learning Center).I think that I will go to Northlake College for two years of my basics, and then transfer to the University of North Texas(UNT). All I know is that I want to become something that I will have fun and enjoy doing everyday because I hate it when people spend their whole lives working at a job they hate just to live... when they're whole life is really being lived at work.

My living situation right now: Just recently I got kicked out of my dad's house who lives in Ft. Worth, Texas near Saginaw. There I went to a school that I've known everyone almost my whole life and was planning on graduating from this year. I was to graduate in February from Boswell High School and then go to TCC for junior college and basics. I had also just got a job at Waffle House and had only worked for two days before I got kicked out. On November 28,2003, my dad turned his back on me and basically disowned me. But that's alright with me! Because now I live with my mom and Buddy (my soon to be step dad who has been more of a "dad" to me than anyone in my entire life). I am happy here in Irving now and I know things will work out for the best, I just have to deal with the huge changes in my life plans. Right now, all my plans consist of is to spend as much time with Joey as possible and to be with him as long as possible and to graduate from high school... after that, I'll take it one step at a time.
