Raw Attitude will be a night that Shane Douglas will hold close to his heart. Since that one night in 1995, Shane Douglas has waited, and waited. So much so, that it's driven him crazy. This past Monday Night, Douglas' long waited wish came true. He was given Shawn Michaels - one on one - inside that squared circle. Justice was served, for the legacy of Shawn Michaels was merely spat on by The Franchise. It's been only two weeks that Shane Douglas has been in All Pro Wrestling. Two weeks. Already, heads are turning. Eyes are widening. First; it was Frankie Kazarian. Second; Shawn Michaels. Two promises made, two promises kept. What could possibly make you believe anything other than what he preaches? At Point Blank, Shane will attempt to roll over another 'WWF' household name. This time in the name of The Rock. No doubt about it; The Rock is entertaining. The Rock's trash talk on the microphone is first rate. But his in-ring ability? It's suspect. Why? Because its been years since The Rock last held a World Championship. Its been years since The Rock dominated the professional wrestling scene. This week, Shane Douglas has one thing on his mind and that's to tarnish another WWF Legacy. Another WWF personality - because that's exactly what Shawn Michaels and The Rock are. They are personalities; not professional wrestlers. And at Point Blank, the truth of it will shine like the sun and glow like the moon. Don't miss a beat. Not a single, solitary beat. There's a cool breeze that drifts pass every few seconds. It's a refreshment, so you could say, as the weather is rather warm. Blue sky; not a cloud in sight. Practically what you'd nail down to being a 'perfect day'. The cameras begin rolling on a particular sign. It reads " Welcome to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! ". The footage fades, and we're then confronted with a birds eye view of the Pittsburgh football ground - home to the Steelers. On the field, there's nobody but two people. One being Shane Douglas. The other - ironicially - Rocky Johnson. Douglas has a football in his hand and is tossing it about from left to right.

the franchise: " Surprised, Rock? Don't be. Before you jump to any conclusions, I'm not gonna lay a finger on your father. No. Instead, I flew your father out here for a particular reason .. I paid for his ticket .. because there's a message that needs to be sent to you. "

Interested? Regardless if you are or you aren't, The Rock certainly is. Have I ever told you how smart a man I am? If not - I am now.

the franchise: " The man that stands beside me, what does he mean to you Dwayne? Do you see him as another person? Another face, another figure? Or do you see him as the man that brought you up into this world. Do you see him as the legendary Rocky Johnson? Tell me, Dwayne. I want to know. He wants to know. "

For those of you that don't catch onto things the first time, then yes, I said 'him' referring to his father.

the franchise: " Caught you off guard, haven't I? Heh - good. See Rock, you've got yourself caught up in all the fame. All the glory that you've ever had, you've paid more attention to that than you have your very own father. Why, Rock? Is it because, quite simply, you didn't NEED him anymore? Nah. Wasn't that. Was it that you didn't give a shit about him? Nah, not that either. So then - what exactly is the reason behind it all. (Pauses) I'll tell you Dwayne. It's that you got greedy. Each and every time money is flashed by in front of your face, you reach out to grab it. You aren't satisfied with what you've been given. You want more. And ya' know what, pal? Whilst you were chasing that dream, you left a family behind. A father that was once proud, but now ashamed. "

The camera switches to Rocky Johnson. His face is depressing - but I really don't give a flying fuck. He's just as sad as the son of his. More or less; I'm using this old fuck for an extra push to the World Championship. Seriously - has this idea ever been used before? I doubt it. Attack a man where it hurts; his family. Always works.

the legend: " What Shane says is completely true, Dwayne. Don't get me wrong boy - I love you, and I always will, but you've ignored your mother and I for quite some time now. I understand the feeling you have to want it all, to want more and more ... but there comes a time in every man's life, where he's got to realize that the dream ends. That the glory ends. Dwayne, I'm asking you - throw away this job. It is of no value to you anymore. You've done all that you've needed to. Why head back for more? Why steal the spotlight that could be taken by a young, bright superstar? Think about it son. "

He takes a few steps back, allowing for myself to re-gain the full focus of the camera.

the franchise: " Take a hint, Rocky. Even your own father has spotted your flaws. It's only a matter of HOURS until you're met with your demise. Why put yourself through the trauma? Why position yourself where the odds are, you lose? Come on Dwayne - you're an intelligent man. Surely, deep down inside, you know all too well what you're about to encounter. After ALL these years in professional wrestling, have you not learned your own limits? Maybe .. Maybe you're blinded by your mere arrogance. Dwayne, I know where I come from and I'm proud of my roots in Pittsburg, but you? You're the opposite. You've turned your back on your family and your roots. Are you ashamed, Rocky? "

Don't mistake my wording for being sensitive. Trust me; I really, really find it funny that The Rock no longer gives a shit about his mother and father.

the legend: " Since you've gone mainstream, you've left us behind Dwayne. It disappoints me, it really does, because I didn't think that you'd allow all this fame to go to your head. I was wrong. But I can forgive you Dwayne, if you just come home. Please. Leave behind you all of this mess, for you need no longer this business. Remember, you're a third generation superstar .. you're my son .. I know what's best for you. "

How can you NOT laugh at that? He STILL thinks he knows what's best for his son. God. Typical Samoan idiots. Once again, he steps back and I raise my voice to the nearby camera.

the franchise: " Tonight you'll learn a valuable lesson. Never forget where you came from. Thing is, you won't be given a chance to rectify your mistake because there's NO two ways about it - I'm gonna BREAK you in fucking half and I'm gonna piss your career down the toilet! "

From what seemed like out of no where, Rocky Johnson pulled out the 'Family Album'. As you'd expect - it's jam packed with a countless number of pointless photos. The camera zooms in, as all eyes bare down on this ONE stupid photo. Rocky Johnson holds it up - and by god - The Rock really is a god damn idiot.

the legend: " This one was a couple of years ago. As you can see, at this point in time, we were having a lot of fun. It's a traditional d-- "

the franchise: " Yeah, whatever pops. I've heard enough. Turn the page. "

He doesn't bother to argue. He flicks through a few pages before suddenly stopping at a page filled of all different tickets to special professional wrestling events and so fourth. Hell - there's even a few tickets to his first few films that he made.

the legend: " Dwayne used to send us all these types of things. Tickets, vouchers, awards - everything. We'd check the mail once a week and without fail there would be something from our dearest son. But after a while .. he started to stop sending us all these things. As it stands today, we haven't heard from him for months. "

Rocky Johnson lowers his head. Touching? No. Why would I care? Christ sake. This ain't Dr. Phil. It's professional wrestling and there ain't room for sensitive jack offs.

the franchise: " How ya' holding up Rock? Still with us? (Laughs) I gave you an alternative. You didn't take it. So guess what, limpwrist? You gotta' learn the HARD way! You gotta' be taken BACK to school .. and you gotta' be taught .. some respect for your past. Me? I don't give a shit about the people. But you do. You've used them for years to lean on. That's the big difference between me and you, Rock. You've always needed someone to lean on, where as I? Ha-ha .. I haven't had anyone or anything to lean on in my entire career! "

His dad is about to speak, but you know what? Screw him. I've heard all I've needed to.

the franchise: " Shut up, old man. You've had your time to speak. Take a back seat and spectate, 'cause your son is gonna be doin' the same thing later on tonight. Rock - Dwayne - whatever the fuck you wanna call yourself, are you physically and mentally prepared for Point Blank? Have you asked yourself that question? Because by the looks of it, you haven't. By the looks of it, you haven't given a single fucking THING athought because if you HAD - then you'd realize, that you're caught up in one, big, MISTAKE! Simple fact of life; I'm better than you. I'm the ONLY Franchise this industry has EVER laid their eyes on and it's gonna stay that way. I'll spare you the bullshit and tell ya' straight. Tonight at Point Bank, you're gettin' your ass.. "
