![]() Had to miss Weigh-in! Two things happened that day! I was sick with bad sinus plus my brother had his gallstones removed. Both of us are doing fine now! =) On vacation! Went off Points for one week. Watched how much I ate but did reward myself with some sweets and other food. ;) Gained 2 lbs. which surprised me as I thought it might be more! Whew! =) 8th weigh-in = 181.2 lbs. 2.2 lbs. erased!!!! I am back full swing with the Points system and back to walking! =) One week break during vacation did me good as I am motivated again! =) Only 1 more lb. to lose to reach my 10% target!!!! I am aiming for that at the next weigh-in!!!! =) 46.2 MORE LBS. TO ERASE! August 22, 2002 9th weigh-in = 177.2 lbs. 4 lbs. erased!!!! Wowee! Reached my 10%!!!! BYE to 180's & HELLO to 170's!!!! I went over my Points range twice this week! Sigh! BUT I have read that changing your Points range on some days actually helps your body lose weight more rather than staying on the same Points number all week. So that proved its theory somewhat! =) But I don't really want to lose 4 lbs. too often as at least 2 lbs. is best weekly. Going slow is better for the body! =) Well, an occassional extra lbs. loss is inspiring! Had a meeting with my WW Leader about my weight goal. I actually had 125 in mind but she suggested that I go for 135 so that I can have a leeway to lose more below that if I want to. That is better than being so "restricted" on 125. Lost my Fourth 5 lbs.! ![]() 42.2 MORE LBS. TO ERASE! Sick again with bad sinus headaches! ARGH! It comes like a cycle!
