Pronoun
You write the word "Ronald" on the paper
That word which can mean so many things.
I'm sure you know how often I am called a clown.
But you know,
And I know,
And they know
That word's meaning.

When you wrote about what happened,
it could have been anyone or anywhere.
But it wasn't, was it?  We were there together.
I was apathetic.
You were upset.
And they know.
Ambiguity flings itself out the window.

Now that you have written those things about how I left so abrubtly,
Even in your time of need, I deserted you.
Who's laughing at my squishy, red nose now?  The whole story wasn't told.
I'm sorry.
You're apathetic.
And they don't know.
You can just say "he" next time.
