Elizabeth Wakefield
I don't remember a day of school that I enjoyed so much as today. Connor and I turned up at school together, held hands as we walked along the hall. I have got the best boyfriend. Yes, Connor McDermott is my boyfriend. I can officially say it. I love him so much. I saw Todd in the hallway today when I was walking with Connor. He didn't look impressed. But so what? For the first time in my life, this did not bother me. Even when he kissed Peggy Abbott in front of me. I just smiled, pressed a light kiss on my handsome boyfriend's cheek and entered homeroom. I am so happy. Life couldn't be better.

I drove Elizabeth to school today. We walked along the hall as a couple. My girlfriend, yes I can finally write it. My girlfriend, Elizabeth was all smiles. Even when she noticed her ex-boyfriend in the hall. I am proud to say that she is so over that jerk once and for all, that proved it. I felt like yelling down the hallway like a little kid that I loved Elizabeth. I wanted to shout it from the rooftops. I have finally found my match. I love her. I love her. I love her. I can write it all day, where no one can see all these mushy feelings. Tia looked happy this morning too. She saw us and gave me the thumbs up.

Elizabeth was in the cafeteria with Tia Ramirez. She spotted her boyfriend in the doorway. Connor spotted her and headed over. He brushed a gentle kiss on her cheek before plopping down beside her. Tia watched them with amazement. It was about time her best friend opened his heart and was happy. The yang was together with his yin.
"Is Angel coming down?" Elizabeth asked.
"Yeah, Andy's throwing a party" Tia answered "I take it you were invited to it?"
"Yes she was" Connor interrupted. He looked at his girlfriend. "I was just about to ask you if you wanted to go with me?"
"I'd love to" Elizabeth answered. Connor smiled, taking her in his arms and kissing her lingeringly. Tia looked away and spotted Jessica and Jeremy, who had recently transfered to SVH. She waved to them. Jessica came over to the table.
"Hey Tia...Liz Connor" Jessica exclaimed. Elizabeth and Connor broke apart when they saw them.
"Hey Jess" Elizabeth replied. "Mum told me you put a dent in the Jeep's front fender". Connor held Elizabeth's hand in his own.
"Yes I did" Jessica moaned "I swear it'll take me till I'm 20 to pay this off"
"Nah, just three weeks work" Elizabeth teased. She glanced at Jeremy. "Are you working tonight?"
"Yeah, Ally put me on" Jeremy complained."Now I have to wait until after work to see your sister". Elizabeth smiled sympathetically.
"Looks like I'll be joining you, I have a shift too" Elizabeth added. Connor's eyes widened.
"I'll pick you up from work" Connor told her. Elizabeth nodded, kissing his cheek gently. She turned back to her sister. But her sister was in a deep conversation with Tia about the sale at Lisette's. Jessica then turned to Elizabeth, remembering something.
"Oh yeah, Mum wants us to meet them at HOJ tonight" Jessica told her.
"On my break" Elizabeth added.
"Connor, you're welcome to come along. You made quite an impression on my parents when they first met you" Jessica exclaimed. Elizabeth shot Jessica a warning look. Connor nodded, looking everywhere but at them. Elizabeth patted his knee gently.
"Um, I'll see how much homework I've got" Connor murmured. Jessica nodded. She focused on her boyfriend.
"Jeremy, you'll try to come over and say hello, right?" Jessica cooed.
"Of course Jess" Jeremy said, quickly. He took her hand. "I have to stop at my locker before class, C'mon Jess". They left.
"Actually Liz, so do I" Connor added, standing up. "I'll catch up with you in class". He brushed a light kiss on Elizabeth's lips and departed from the cafeteria with his usual strutt. Tia looked at Elizabeth, sympathetically.
"Uh oh" Tia uttered "I think your boyfriend's uncomfortable".
"Jess said that on purpose. Sometimes I could strangle her" Elizabeth fumed. Tia nodded. Elizabeth stood up and gathered her books. Tia headed with her towards class.

Elizabeth sat with her parents and sister after she finished her shift. She was waiting for Connor to pick her up for their date.
"Elizabeth, Jessica told us that you've got a new boyfriend" Alice Wakefield exclaimed.
"Yes I do" Elizabeth answered, quietly. She sipped her cappuccino.
"There he is now" Jessica piped up. Elizabeth turned to see Connor walk in the door.
"Hello Mr and Mrs Wakefield" Connor greeted,slowly approaching.
"Yes, Hello Connor, nice to see you again" Ned Wakefield replied, shaking his hand, firmly.
"Would you like to sit down?" Alice offered.
"Sure, that would be great" Connor accepted, sitting down beside Elizabeth.
"Jessica, where's Jeremy?" Ned asked, curiously.
"He's...serving a customer" Jessica supplied, gesturing towards him. As Alice and Ned Wakefield looked over, Elizabeth leant over and brushed a light kiss on Connor's cheek. When they turned back, Elizabeth stood up, taking Connor's hand in her own.
"Mum, Dad, we have to be going" Elizabeth told them, gently. "I'll call you". Elizabeth brushed a kiss on each of her parent's cheeks and led her boyfriend out of HOJ, to the parking lot.
"Were you waiting long?" Connor asked as he held the car door open for Elizabeth.
"No, not long" Elizabeth answered, sweetly."By the way, Mum and Dad know about us"
"You told them?" Connor asked, brightly.
"I didn't have to, my dear sister blurted it out for me" Elizabeth replied, full of sarcasm. Connor shook his head, laughing.
