DENNY  HUGHES

    Hughes was a graduate of Georgetown University and one of
the most outstanding ends in the league and considered one of the
best receivers of the game.  He occasionally refereed boxing
bouts.
     He later became a lawyer in Washington, D.C. until he retired.
