Chapter 8:
Strangeness in the Air

     Harry, wake up.  Were here.
Huh, Harry said, sitting up.  Hed been having such a good dream.  He tried to remember it, but he couldnt.
Come on, Harry, Ron said.  I hope they hurry with the Sorting.  Im starving.
Yeah,  Harry said half-heartedly.  What was the point of going back to school?  He couldnt talk to Hermione.
Are you okay? Ron asked as they got into the carriages that would take them to Hogwarts.  You dont look well.
     Im fine,  Harry said unconvincingly.
Harry didnt speak for the rest of the trip.  When he reached the front door, he was surprised to see Professor McGonagall waiting for him.
Come with me Potter,  she said quickly.  I need to speak with you.
Harry followed her through the hallways.  Where were they going?  Did this have something to do with Dumbledore?
Professor McGonagall was muttering to herself.  Harry caught a few phrases.  wish he didnt have to find out this way..... no choice.... he deserves to know.
Was she talking about him?  Find out about what?  Did something happen?
Here we are, she said, leading him into her office.  I need to take care of something.  Ill be back soon.
She rushed out, leaving Harry to look around.  The room was very plain.  It contained a desk, a few chairs, and a fireplace.  There was one thing that stood out.  A picture of a small child.  Did McGonagall have a daughter?  Harryd never thought about it before.  After all, he only thought of her as a teacher.
Harry tore his eyes from the picture to look at the only other thing on the desk.  It was a piece of parchment with writing Harry recognized as Dumbledores.  He picked up the letter and read.

Minerva,
I dont have much time.  They are on their way to England as I write.  You must tell Harry the truth.  You know what Im talking about.  I dare not write more.  This note may be intercepted.  One last thing.  Fudge must not know.  Hed try to cover it up.
                                                                                 Albus Dumbledore

Professor McGonagall walked in looking reluctant.  She saw the letter in Harrys had and looked at the ground.
I guess theres no turning back now. she said grimly, looking back at something behind her.  Come on in.
Two girls walked in.  They were identical twins with long red hair and green eyes that almost seemed to glow.  Did they go to Hogwarts?  Harry had never seen them before.  But they looked so familiar.
Harry,  Professor McGonagall said, This is Melissa and this is Sheila.  Theyre.... well, theres no easy way to say this.  Theyre your sisters.
