DAY 23

First of all, a big hello to our new web site viewers, including; Aidan and family on the Sussex coast, Val and Sheila and families from Nottingham, Peter and staff from Sony HQ here in Tokyo and everyone else who has joined us on our journey.
Tokyo Disneland was built around 15 years ago. Disney thought it wouldn't be successful and so only took a 10% stake in the park......Ha Ha Ha....This has to be the most successful disneyland ever!.....Haruko's parents were very kind and supplied two passport tickets so Rod and Stephen could go in and see just how crowded it gets.

At the entrance to Disneyland. The site is located on the edge of Tokyo bay about 45 minutes form Mike and Hari's.

The Famous Disneyland castle (We had to wait 20 minutes until the crowds cleared enough to take this shot).

Stephen trying to pretend to look apprehensive on the way to Space Mountain. Rod would like to add that he went on all the rides much to Stephen's amazement.

Any trip to Disneyland would not be complete without Mickey Mouse.
