DAY 7 |
|
(Introduction by Stephen) The glow of neon slowly ebbed past our concious thoughts as we rolled slowly through strange rolling hills. A brief flutter of anticipation enveloped us as strange sights and smells from the real Japan began to flow over us. Today, for the first time, we left the built up areas of the Pacific rim and ventured into the countryside. We explored mountain streams, strange buddhist temples and took our clothes off for a dip in a hot spring.....enjoy. By Stephen Potter, age 15 Hari (Her first appearance on this web site) commences an impromptu lesson in Japanese writing.
The sights of the Japanese countryside is clearly too much for a bloke used to the London underground.
