E-Blah Platinum 9 Readme

Thank you for downloading E-Blah! E-Blah is a project that has taken over 3 years to build -- over sweat, hurt hands, and just a lot of hard work, but it's been great. With this new release, Platinum 9, I have created a simple setup script which will help users convert existing forums to the new Platinum 9 format, along with installing new forums for the new members to the E-Blah family. I sincerely hope you enjoy E-Blah to the fullest, and learn that the best things in life really are free. I leave you all with this: "if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). 2. Message search engine has been redone 100% (it works now, and should run 50% faster, most notably on larger forums)
