Im starting to get bored, Harry sighed, Hermione wont talk because its against some rule or something, but Im getting a little annoyed that its taking Snape so long to get here.
I know, where could he be? Ron questioned. Harry looked over to where Hermione was sitting quietly. However, he was enraged to see that Malfoy and his friends were throwing crumpled balls of paper at her. He stood up angrily and walked over to where Malfoy was sitting.
Throw another one of those and Ill make you wish you were never born, Malfoy, Harry growled, fists clenched. Malfoy stood up defiantly, holding another ball of paper.
You mean like this? he sneered, tossing the ball at Hermione. She didnt flinch, but this didnt matter to Harry. He shoved Malfoy into Crabbe, who was standing right behind him. Malfoy pulled out his wand. Harry followed suit.
Looking to fight, Potter? Malfoy snarled.
I usually dont resort to violence, Harry said, But if you keep bothering my girlfriend, I might have to.
Im surprised you would ever consider dating a Mudblood, Potter, Malfoy sneered. The class gasped at the word he used. But then again, I wouldnt expect much more out of you. Considering your father married one, I guess it must just be in your blood.
Harry felt the anger swell in him. Youre really asking for it now, Malfoy, he warned.
Then give it to me, Malfoy challenged, That is if youre man enough
With that last remark, Harry charged Malfoy. Forgetting that he had magical powers, Harry started to beat him up the muggle way with fists. He began punching Malfoy in the face. The class circled around them, trying to get a better view of the fight.
As Harry threw punches, Malfoy struggled to get up. Being smaller than Harry and evidently weaker, he had to give a great effort to escape Harrys hold. He finally was able to get one of his feet free, so he kicked Harry in the stomach as hard as he could. Harry fell backwards, giving Malfoy enough time to scramble to his feet.
Now youre dead, Malfoy growled, his nose bleeding. Harry started to get up, but he wasnt fast enough. Laqueus Strangulo! he shouted. A thick, black rope shot out of Malfoys wand and closed around Harrys throat. The force of the rope shooting at him knocked him on his back. Harry flopped around like a fish out of water, struggling to get the rope off his neck. The more he struggled, however, the tighter the rope wound itself around his throat. He could no longer breathe, and his vision began to go blurry. He felt multiple hands around him, trying to help him remove the rope.
Harry began to lose strength. He felt more and more lightheaded. His struggling grew weaker, until he stopped moving. Lying there, all he could see was a bright light. He heard no noise and couldnt think. He just felt himself being moved around by the hands struggling to get him free. However, in a matter of seconds, he no longer felt anything. Then, having no energy left, he passed out.
