Now, you may have found different meanings for theese words and names on other sites, but this is what I found using a Latin dictionary and some common sence. If you have others that I missed, please e-mail them to me. Thank you.

Prior Incantato: Prior- previous, Incantato- incantation. Prior Incantato: previous incantatation

Impedimenta: obstacle(?)
Crucio: to torture
Impervio- to give orders

Remus Lupin: Remus- one of Romes founders, Lupin- wolf

Voldemort: Vol-to speed, de-from, mort-dead.
So Voldemort means: to speed from the dead. Which is exactly what he does!
