They were actually alchemists in the 12th centurary! -Hermione's Birthday is September 19th. Ron's is March 1st and Harry's of course is July 31st! -J.K. Rowling's Birthday is also July 31st. The Burrow! ~ Draco means dragon in Latin and Malfoy can be broken up in French to mean evil faith. ~ Peeves means to make someone annoyed, irritated, or resentful. ~ Voldemort in French mean 'Flight of Death'. ~ Dumbledore means 'bumblebee' in old English and Albus mean 'white' in Latin. ~ Mrs. Norris is the name of a nosy woman in one of J.K.'s favorite books "Mansfeild Park" by Jayne Austin. ~ Sirius is the 'dog' binary star in the constellation Caris Major and is the brightest star. ~ Slytherin in English can be broken up to mean cunning, clever, and skillful inside. ~ Lupin is Latin relateing to wolves or a person who resembles a wolf. ~ Argus was a Greek God with 100 eye who was always looking for something. ~ The spell 'Expecto Patronum' means 'to expect a protector' |
