- Must be slash based. Please, no het, unless there's a reason. If there is, state het as a warning.
- Any length of story, though please, if you write a drabble, more than 100 words. Other than that, size is not a problem.
- Please mention the Fuh-Q Fest in your notes if you list your fic somewhere else. It will get more people to write for it, and more reading always makes me happy. Any other plugging is greatly appreciated, and affiliations are welcome!
- No other fandoms, please, unless stated as part of your scenario.
- Please warn your readers if there are any squicks in your story. You wouldn't want to read something you don't like, so don't make anyone else.
- No plagiarism. I don't want to read it if it isn't yours. Credit where it's due.
- If you can get your story beta read, then I, and your readers, would appreciate it. There are plenty of betas hanging around, just waiting for someone to e-mail them. Try the mailing list, or else, click on the Beta link on the main page. If you want to be a beta, follow the instructions on that page and send me an e-mail with your information.
- The closing date for the contest is August 1st. That should give you plenty of time, but it doesn't mean I won't take stray entries after the closing date. Please think of me, however, I'll be organising the second wave then, and the remake of the website, so if you can get it in on time, it'll make me a much happier person.
- Submit to one of the two contact addresses.
