A blind lady with hundreds of ships to her armada that rules with terror up and down the coast of China, controls the pirate confederation in China since her husband's death.
Profiteer of smuggled trade goods between Japan & China.
Her pirates are known to victimize their opponents, with beheadings being the preferred torture.

Gentleman Jocard
Lord of the Atlantic Sea

Leads a band of pirates from the port of New Orleans, with access to both the Mississippi River and the Gulf of Mexico.
Little is known of Jocard besides that he took his name from his former master after he escaped imprisonment, with much of his life steeped in mystery and the supernatural.

Ammand the Corsair
Lord of the Black Sea

Commands the Barbary Pirates that flourish in the Black Sea and robs the trade ships of Christian infidels.
Combined his forces with the Ottoman Empire to control the region from Morocco to Turkey and beyond.
Has a vast fleets of highly organized privateers called Corsairs.

Capitaine Chevalle
Lord of the Mediterranean Sea

Hails from Marseilles, trade capital of France.
Has spent years pillaging the weak and wealthy trade ships of Europe, trading between the Old World and the New World in the French Caribbean Colonies, such as Montserrat and Haiti.
Also plunders the Spanish Treasure Fleets of Villenueva as they return from such locales as Mexico.

Known to cross swords in the open seas with Barbary Corsairs as they pirate the same waters.
Has a heated rivalry with Capitaine Chevalle (Spain and France)
Known to have traveled the seven seas, making his way to ports such as the Philippines and South America.
