This site is simply a place where I can lump together some of my work to make it available to other people. At this moment you can find here my quasi-finished Star Traks series, The Rediscovered Country, a newly launched Traks Series, the Incongruous Voyages and some old short narratives which I may expand on some day.

So I come to Potato Publishings. What is it? As I have said above, the website is a place where I can lump together some of my work, and Potato Publishings is the name and entity this is done under. It is not a business or corporation, simply a pretty logo I can stick on a couple pages.
But why the name Potato? Well, I'm Irish, and we're famous for two things: guinness and potatoes. This happened to tie in with a favourite quote of mine, by Douglas Adams (author of the Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy):

"It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes."

It is a personal hope that one day I will be able to prove him wrong.
