Depression

You may be depressed because you're deep-down angry about something without really expressing that anger. If so, once you confess your anger to God and pray for deliverance from it you will feel a lot better.

If you don't feel any anger about anything on the surface, you may have to pray and ask God to show you what you're angry about. After you pray, he may bring something to mind that you're still deep-down angry about.

You may be unwilling to admit what you're angry about because it's something so petty when you really look at it, or something so big you're afraid to admit it, like being angry with God himself for him letting something bad happen to you.
