Marie Osmond is an entertainment legend.
Marie is the little sister to the Osmond Brothers singing group.
She later had several hits of her own on the country charts with songs like
"Paper Roses" and "Meet Me In Montana".
Her career has taken many directions, including Broadway shows and television, the most recent addition being the talk show "Donnie and Marie".

In 1991, Marie launched her line of
porcelain dolls on the QVC shopping network and in Disney theme parks.

She is also co-founder/co-host of
"The Children's Miracle Network" telethon. A very worthy cause!

She believes her role in life is a daily one -- mom.
Marie and her husband Brian Blosil have seven children.

Osmond now is taking up the cause of educating the public on postpartum depression with her new book
"Behind the Smile: My Journey Out of Postpartum Depression"
which outlines her struggle to overcome the condition.

In 2002 Marie Osmond did an online interview at
webMD on this subject.
It is very insightful and supportive to anyone who has ever experienced
Post Partum Depression and very liberating to anyone who has ever
suffered from it.
There is healing power in knowing you are not alone!
