What are BABY BLUES???
The Baby Blues usually occur 1-5 days after the babys birth and can last a few hours our days. Usually you feel back to yourself with ten days. This is fairly common and effects moms in  500 to 800 cases per 1000 births (50-80%). This is most commonly used to describe the weeping and emotional instability which occurs during the first postpartum week and includes symptoms like:
 mild sadness
 tearfulness
 anxiety and Excessive Worry
irritability, often for no clear reason
 fluctuating moods
 increased sensitivity
fatigue, No Energy, Feeling Tired Even after Sleeping,
 Confusion and Nervousness,
Feeling like, Im not myself, this isnt me,
 Lack of confidence
 feeling overwhelmed
 crying more than usual
 hyperactivity or excitability
Although for most women the blues are short-lived, some researchers believe that women who experience these symptoms have an increased risk for PPD, a more severe form of depression later in the postpartum period. One study found that of women who were diagnosed with PPD 6 weeks after delivery, two thirds had the baby blues.
