Forsythia is a dark red-pink Sparkle pony with light yellow hair and pearly tinsel. Her eyes are dark turquoise and aqua with a yellow heart and she has sparkles on her forehead. Her hoof heart is yellow with flowers on the sides and her symbol is a yellow forsythia plant with a teal and aqua butterfly and is covered in sparkles. She came with a red-pink brush and was released in 2004.

Ponies are wonderful friends! They love to play together and have exciting adventures. They're also good listeners, and are always ready to help a friend who needs their support. Every year the ponies celebrate their friendships at a magical ball, where one special pony is named Best Friend of the Year!
