A. GENERAL INFORMATION

B. STAND CONSTRUCTION

1. The organizer assigns PT. Internusa Multi Sarana as Official Contractor in handling the construction for standard booth

2. Any participants who wants to build special designed booth either built by special contractor or by themselves must previously inform the organizer and official contractor in written no later than
October 10, 2003.

3. Construction of standard and special designed booth will be done on
October 15, 2003 at 10.00 PM.

4. Specification and facility of standard booth are as follow:
a. White partition (octagonal aluminum)
b. Booth height: 2.50 m
c. Name board for lettering is 30 cm width with 
the color of blue for background and white 
for inscription
d. Electricity power of 450 watt
e. Carpet
f. 1 table
g. 2 chairs
h. 2 units of 40-watt fluorescent
i. 1 unit of Mini Circuit Breaker/MCB 2A

5. Construction of special designed booth must be made in knock down condition with maximum height of 3 M and started on
October 15, 2003 or after the booth construction. 

6. The contractors of special designed booth are not allowed to obtain electrical power without any permission from the official contractor.

7. For precaution reason, contractors of special designed booth must report and fill the required form.

8. Contractors of special designed booth have to coordinate with official contractor particularly in the matter of booth location and electricity installation.

9. Electricity power for exhibition can only be obtained after the official contractor and contractor of special designed booth finishes the installation. If participants want to try electricity powered equipment they can utilize the electricity power from wall socket.

10. The decoration or interior design must be made in knock down condition. Main contractor does not allow participants to use nails, paints or other material that can damage the partition, floor, building wall and other properties owned. 

12. All the work of standard and special designed booth must be finished on
October 16, 2003 at 10.00 PM.

13. Starting from
October 17, 2003 (first day of the exhibition) any booth construction is not allowed.

14. The organizer reserves the right to relocate booths upon consideration on safety, aesthetic factors and others. If this happens, participants will be notified five days prior to the exposition day.

C. MOVING IN

1. Moving in can be done on October 16, 2003 at 11.00 AM until 10.00 PM, and exhibits can be directly put on booth site and personally guarded until the organizer record the inventory at 09.00 PM.

D. OPENING CEREMONY

1. The exhibition will be officially opened on
October 17, 2003 at 09.30 AM at Atlet Century Park Hotel, Jl. Pintu I Senayan - Jakarta

2. Participants are expected to send representatives to attend the opening ceremony.

3. During the opening ceremony, all participants must arrange at least one person to attend their own booths.

E. BOOTH ATTENDANT

1. Maximal attendant for each booth is 4 
(four) person. 

2. All booth attendants must put on their nametags provided by organizer and can be obtained from secretariat.

3. Booth attendants are required to present 30 minutes before the exhibition. 

 

F. FACILITY AND PARTICIPANT'S RIGHT 

1. Additional facilities for participants
a. 2 (two) opening ceremony invitations
b. 5 (five) name tags 
c. Insertion of company's name and 
address in catalog
d. 2 (two) catalogs

2. Participants who need additional chairs, table, electricity power, MCB, telephone line and other equipment will be charged with extra fee and required to complete form to be handed directly to the Official Contractor.

G. CLEANLINESS

1. The organizer will take responsibility on the cleanliness of the whole area, but participants are compelled to maintain cleanliness in their own booths.

2. Before leaving the booth after the exposition hours, the booth attendants are demanded to discard their garbage and put it at the front gangway.

H. PUBLICATION

Any press coverage (printed/electronic media) has to be coordinated with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to take pictures of exhibits for the purpose of publication and documentation.

I. EXHIBIT CHECKING

1. Exhibit checking will be done everyday at 07.00 PM on October 17-18, 2003 (exhibit checking before the appointed time is not allowed).

2. There will not be any exhibit checking at the last day of exhibition (November 3, 2002)

3. Booth attendants must accompany the organizer's officer during the checking session.

4. During the exhibition, the moved out/moved in exhibit must be reported to the organizer.

J. SECURITY 

1. During the exhibition, participants are not allowed to move in/move out exhibits without permission from organizer.

2. Organizer shall not be responsible on the safety of exhibits during the exhibition hours. For this concern, all participants are recommended to be cautious with their own exhibits. If a loss occurs, participants are advised to inform Security Section at the Secretariat.

3. Participants are not allowed to use or demonstrate equipment that can incur hazard or pollution in exposition site.

5. After the exposition hours, participants are recommended to cover their booths with sufficient cloth cover.

6. Participants are not allowed to enter exposition site beyond exposition hours without permission from organizer.

7. Participants are required to affix specific labels on their exhibits.

K. INSURANCE

Organizer shall not be responsible on the safety of exhibits during the exhibition hours. For this concern, all participants are recommended to cover insurance on their exhibit products.

L. MOVING OUT AND STAND DISMANTLING 

1. Participants are not allowed to move out their exhibits before the appointed time.

2. The moving out of exhibits will be carried out at on
October 19, 2003 at 08.00 PM until the next day at 06.00 AM.

3. The organizer will not perform exhibit checking during the moving out session and the safety of all properties will be the responsibility of each participant.

4. Any exhibit goods, which are not moved out until the last day can be deposited to the Hall Owner and each participant shall bear the extra fee if required.

5. The appointed time for dismantling special designed stand is on
October 19, 2003 at 09.00 PM until the next day at 06.00 AM. If dismantling is not finished until the appointed time, consequently each contractor shall bear the extra fee if required.

M. PAYMENT

1. Participants are required to pay all charges 1 (one) month before the exposition day.

2. Payment with bank draft/check will be considered valid after liquidation.

N. CLOSING DAY
The exhibition will end on October 19, 2003.

O. OTHERS

1. The organizer will publish catalog containing the list of participant’s names and addresses.

2. To avoid any mistake in spelling, all participants are recommended to inform the institution's name and address clearly to the organizer.
