We agree that:
1. Deposit 50% should be paid 1 (one) month after the registration form is signed and agreed by the organizer.
2. The remaining 50% will be paid one month prior to the exhibition date.
3. Should the cancellation made by the organizer, the organizer will refund the received deposit.
4. Cancellation under two months prior to the exhibition date is subjected to 100% fine.
5. Payment by cheque/giro or electronic transfer to bank BNI Ps. Minggu AC. No. 251.097471-003 on behalf of PT. Wahyu Promocitra
6. Payment by cheque/giro is regarded valid when it is cleared

7. Transfer receipt must be sent to the Organizer’s office.
8. Organizer will not be responsible on a cash payment
9. Under certain circumstances the Exhibitor is permitted to withdraw and cancel the participation booking from the Exhibition. As a consequence of the withdrawal, however, the Organizer will not refund the deposit.
10. Under force majeure condition, the Organizer reserves the right to change the plan, the site or character of the exhibition, at any time
11. Should the exhibition be postponed under force majeure while the exhibitor do not want to join the postponement, the organizer will refund 75%of the paid deposit.
