Regarding TRADE of Unwritten Postcards in ENVELOPE:

Especially for traders from USA:
 Please  use a USPS  Customs Declaration Sticker  
to declare that the contents of the envelope are POSTCARDS only.  Of the many swaps I arranged with US traders this 2004, I noticed that only the envelopes with the USPS Customs sticker have a better chance of being delivered to my address.
