Waldorf Salad

2 1/2  cups chopped apples
1 cup  Cheddar cheese
1 cup red or green grapes
1/2  cup diced celery
1/2  cup walnuts
1/2  cup raisins
1/3  cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients and stir well to coat with the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
