Vegetable Medley
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrot, cauliflower mix, thawed 1 jar chopped pimiento, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 small can French fried onion rings 1/3 cup sour cream 1 cup grated cheese 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Combine vegetable mix, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, soup, pepper, garlic powder, pimiento, and 1/2 can onion rings. Pour into a 1 qt. casserole dish. Bake covered in preheated 350�F oven for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer. |
