I came into this world to learn about love

When I first felt my heart beat I learned about love

When I started to explore my world I learned about love

When I was fed and cared for and when I fell down and cried I learned about love

When I was called forth and when I was held back I learned about love

When i found the things that I liked and the things I did not I learned about love

When we see good spirits and bad spirits playing in the world we learn about love

When we find places to hide and times to come out we learn about love

When we find that some feel the same and others feel different we learn about love

When we find the one that's right we learn about love

When we talk and laugh and fight and ask and hope and doubt and test and try and are tested and try again we learn about love

When we know the truth in our hearts, when we hear the whispers of angels, when we receive the gifts of life with grace and know that curses are blessings and above all when we give all we've been given to give we learn about love

and we teach about love

and we make love

and we know love

and we are love

We came into this world to learn about love

So love
