We believe in the Bible as the word of God.
We believe there is only one God, who is the father, the son ( Jesus Christ), and the holy spirit in one
We are made in his image and he has a excellent purpose for our lives.
We believe in Salvation through faith and a personal relationhip with Jesus Christ.
We are part of Faith Community Church and serve in No limit Youth ministries.
II. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
POSITIVE CAUSE explains alot. The name of our team describes the outreach part of our ministry. We know that all our talents are God given and blessed. Too many people sell out their gifts or find no place to express them in the world. We exsist as an oppurtunity to express your talents in service to God. This, we believe, is a positive cause.
The second part of our purpose is to learn from each other how to ALWAYS keep God first in our lives and ALWAYS follow our God given dreams. We supporrt each other in everything and build each other up. Again, another positive cause.
The third part of our purpose is summed up in HEBREWS 12:11-12:
"NO DISCIPLINE SEEMS PLEASANT AT THE TIME, BUT PAINFUL. HOWEVER, IT PRODUCES A HARVEST OF RIGHTEOUSNESS AND PEACE FOR THOSE WHO ARE TRAINED BY IT. THEREFORE, STRENGTHEN YOUR FEEBLE ARMS AND WEAK KNEES."
We know that hard work and discipline produces rightousness and excellence. If we are going to claim that we are doing this for God, we will not settle for anything less than our very best because God gave His best for us. We have a vision of being excellent, this is a positive cause.
III. STATEMENT OF MISSION
1.For God's glorification (Psalms 103:1-5, 20-22)
Our mission is to sacrifice ourselves to honor and thank God for the gifts he has given to us and all he has done to save us from death.
2. For the Church
We represent FCC and No Limit youth ministries, We will be a tool to build up God's kingdom and bless the church.
3.For Others (Psalms 145:1-7)
As outreach our mission is to show the world the love, freedom, joy, and blessings that God gave us. We will strive to show the world that we have NO LIMITS through God who saves us. We will also encourage others to live their dreams and the desires God has given them. To use their talents in the exhaltation of the Lord.
4. For Us ( Romans 12:6)
Dance is just one gift God has given us. But he calls us to give EVERYTHING to HIM. By starting here, we will learn to continue to give ALL we have to God.
