Mona's Kitchen by 2 fresh tomatoes 1~ 28 oz can of tomatoes 4 to 5 cloves of garlic 1 onion 1 shallot 1 green pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 4 to 5 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 green chili or jalapina pepper salt and pepper to taste All ingredients diced very small or put in a food procesor . note , After dicing chilis or jalapinas wash hands very well before touching eyes .
