by "Instant" Chocolate Mousse 6 onces semisweet chocolate or bits one half instant coffee granules one half cup boiling water 4 large eggs seperated 3 table spoonfuls orange juice 3 tbs sugar Pour the 6 ounces of chocolate and instant coffee into a food processor or a blender and process for a few seconds untill chocolate is is finely chopped. With the machine running pour the boiling water in and continue processing for several more seconds, untill chocolate is completly melted. Add the egg yolks and orange juice and process until well mixed. In a med size bowl beat egg whites until foamy ...gently fold in chocolate mixture, chill mousse for several hours or until firm. Serves six.
