| Good Charlotte started in 1997 in Annappolis, Maryland. Around this time, they actually hadn't done anything like sing, play guitar, etc. Joel and Benji are twins. By their Senior year in High School, their band was their life. Soon, they released their selftitled album in 2000. They're songs were about going through High School and life.
