Cody Barnes is a professional portrait artist, specializing in hand-drawn charcoal portraits.  These are the perfect gift for a loved one-- far more personal, unique, and heartfelt than, say, jewelry... but like a jewel, it's a gift that will last forever.

 

Just send good quality photos, by mail or email.  (Mailed photos will be returned).

Pictures must:

A. Contain good detail, and 

B. Capture what you want to see in a portrait of the person... a certain expression, pose, posture, etc.

 

Portraits can usually be done in a few weeks... remember, the better the photo, the better and faster the artist's work will be.� Feel free to request any size up to 24x30 inches.  (Remember, though, the cost of framing goes up with the size.)

 

The general fee is $150-per-person (per head, if you will), with free S&H .  (This goes for pets too!)  A typical portrait is a 16x20 head/shoulders.  If there is additional detail that requires significant labor-- an elaborate background or article of clothing, etc-- there may be an additional charge, to be worked out in advance.
