| Q: When and how do I get to see my portraits? A: 24-48 hours after your session, I will contact you to let you know when your proofs will be ready to be viewed on your own personal site. For those without internet access, please let me know and we can make special arrangements to view your proofs. |
| Q: Are enveloped included in the price for your cards? A: Yes, #10 envelopes are included with all the cards that we make specially for you and your family. |
| Q: Do you offer any other cards? A: I am in the process of producing more designs. If you are interested in cards for another occasion, I will more than gladly take requests by e-mail.. |
| Q: What is the largest size that I have printed? A: Our prints range from as small as wallets all the way up to 20"x30". Please contact me for pricing of any size that is not on my pricing page. |

| Q: When is payment due? A: Payment for the sitting is to be paid on the day of the shoot. Payment in full for any prints ordered will be required before your order is placed. |

| Q: After my order is placed, how long does it take for me to recieve my prints? A: If your order is placed on a weekday, they should arrive in no longer than four regular mailing days. Once I recieve your order , I will contact you to set up a day and time for pick-up. |

| Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: At this time I accept only cash or checks. Checks are to be made payable to Amber Armstrong. |
| Q: Where do we come to have our pictures taken? A: I come to you. I have a portable background stand that I will set up or we can take the portraits in a special place in the house if you so choose (ie., in front of the fireplace, front steps). Or you may choose to do an outdoor shoot. Please mention preferred location when we schedule your portrait session. |

| Q. Can I purchase the copyright to my pictures? A: In order to obtain the copyright to your portraits, clients will be able to purchase a CD containing high resolution .jpeg files that may be printed at will by the client. Copyright CD prices will vary depending on the number of photographs included on the disk. |
