This summer I will be having "art camps", rather than individual lessons. They will be taught in my home, so space is limited. Through the months of June-August, there are classes for kids as young as 6 years all the way through to adults. These camps are designed to be fun but also to really teach. Students should walk away from them seeing the world in a whole new way! There are also fabric art classes. If you have been around me in recent months, you understand my new love of this art form. Even if you have never threaded a needle, you can try one of these classes and see how much fun you will have! I tried to make these camps affordable. In fact, they are cheaper than my normal classes. I usually charge $10 an hour but as you can see an 8 hour class only costs $60. I hope you find something here that will inspire you to become an artist this summer!

My main purposes for these classes is to provide your kids a creative outlet they would not normally have; to help them become well rounded individuals and help them develop skills that build self esteem. Art skills and appreciation is something you use for the rest of your life!
