Sweet and Sour Fish Ingredients fish fillets 1 packet of Maggi Sweet and Sour Sauce Tin Foil Method 1. Roll out the tin foil and place fillets on the foil 2. Open the packet of sauc mix and sprikle liberally over the fillets 3. Wrap up each fillet individually with the tin foil 4. Cook on the B-B-Q for a few minutes each side, the jices in the fish will make the powder in to a delicious sauce over the fish 5. Unwrapp the fillets and enjoy with a cold beer
