He was a member of N.Y.S. FIre Chief's Association, The Orange County Chief's Association, F.A.S.N.Y. (Fire Association of the State of New York).
Services for Past Chief DeVore
Friends may call on Saturday, March 4, 2006, from 2-4 and 7-9p.m.
at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home Inc. 154 East Main St, Port Jervis Firematic services will be held at 7PM on Saturday evening in the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held Sunday March 5th at 2:30 p.m. at the Deerpark Remformed Church 28 East Main St Port Jervis with the Rev. Robert E. Foster and the Rev. Ann Rost officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush N.Y.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the John H. DeVore College Fund c/o Terri DeVore 26 Fossard St Port Jervis NY 12771.
