| Elmer is the brother of my grandmother on my fathers side of the family. Leona and Elmer Presley were the two oldest children of Andrew Jackson and Drucilla Hall Presley. They both lived in Stretchneck Holler in Dizney, Harlan County, Ky all of their lives. |
